Since I was about 10 my family has always made me feel not wanted.Any time I expressed my confidence or just me being myself I would get shot down by them.Im the youngest of my Siblings and they use to team up and bully me and make fun of me or straight up act like I’m not there anytime my voice was spoken.My self worth and self esteem is completely shot still as an adult because of it.Iv tried to talk to them about it but they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about or just kind of deny it.Its made me very socially anxious because family is where you run to when you have problems but I basically don’t have that.I also heavily isolate I don’t really eat at the table with them or do any family related events because I feel deeply not wanted but I want to fix all of this because I do love them deep down I’m just really hurt from them.How should I talk to them about this and make it seem like I’m not attacking them.

I’ve also think I have developed some type of personality disorder or some deep abandonment issues because I had a terrible childhood.I was isolated severely from ages 9-14 because my dad left mom was working two jobs to make ends meet And my siblings are a lot older where in college I use to stay home alone up until about 4 am almost daily except for maybe Sundays.A lot more bad things happened as well but that’s the past just need advice on how to heal from here on out.TIA
