How do you pull yourself out of deep lows?

When your mind won't stop spinning or you can't stop crying or the spiral of "everything I did wrong" starts up, how do you pull yourself out of it? How do you get recentered and focus on loving yourself again?

A few hours ago I talked to my boyfriend about something that was making me uncomfortable. He turned it into a rollercoaster of playing the victim, completely disregarding my concerns and ultimately left to go play disc golf with a friend after saying he had some things to think about. I'm now sitting here, a shell of a person, beating myself up. Even though I know my concerns are valid and I approached him calmly, I still regret the whole ordeal and am taking on so much guilt. I want to be proud for standing my ground, but mostly blame myself for us being a mess now. We probably won't talk much for a couple of days, due to schedules, and I have no idea how to fix this intensely low feeling by myself--without talking things out with him. How do I lift myself back up, by myself?
