I have a little challenge/task for you to try. In the morning when you wake up you go into the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. When you do, smile at yourself and say something about yourself that you are proud of. Doesn’t have to be real, even a fake one will do. It’s been proven that a smile can make a person feel better. So, why not let the first smile you see of the day be yours. Do this for a few weeks and see how you feel. See if the rest of your day feels good. Hopefully you do!
