https://ift.tt/01HFsZGFor so many years I have struggled with hating myself. I hated my body, my mind, and my spirit. I was so broken down by things that people would say and how I would talk to myself.
Tonight I looked at some pictures that were on my snap from high school and there were so many that at one point I felt worthless, ugly, and stupid in. But, when I looked at them tonight I thought “what tf was I beating myself up for?” And then I thought about a picture I took of myself a few days ago, one where I thought I looked ugly in, and I realized in a few years that cycle would be repeated, and so instead of looking back and seeing my worth that I need to focus on the good aspects of myself instead.
