So I have a problem that occured a little bit into my self love and improvement journey.

Everything started out great I quit smoking, drinking..I started meditating, doing yoga etc etc. and honestly I love it ...I'm much more healthy and all that. The problem is my mind and mindset. I think I'm rushing everything especially my healing (grew up and still am in a toxic household) and I'm also working on being more confident and just honestly a better version of me. But I JUST CAN'T stop analyzing everything that I do now and overthinking everything. I'm doubting myself with everything that I think about. Not do but I'm overthinking my thoughts?! for example I would try to let go of a negative thought and my mind would be like "you are just bottling it up like that...you are not doing it right"? like what? I honestly dont get why this started happening

I honestly don't know what's happening..for the first time in my life I'm experiencing major anxiety over my thoughts..before all that I never really thought about what I was thinking about I just kind of let it flow...but NOW I pick apart everyy thought and doubt my mindset even more. I hope I explained it well.
