Learning about what makes me happy, and how to gain confidence

This is simply a tangent about my life rn. I got broken up with less than a month ago. I also am a sophomore in college and have been dealing with some intense anxiety. Change has always terrified me, and on top of it I have not felt confident in myself for a while. I want to learn to be confidence with who I am, understand my true values and allow them to define my actions and decisions. So I’m starting off by taking time to do things I love, as well as making sure I take time to take care of myself. I painted Sunday (which I haven’t done since Covid) which I really enjoyed and helped me to feel productive. I baked yesterday which also was something that made me content. Im getting prepared to go back to college, but this time I’m so excited. I’m excited to get to a structured routine where I feel like I can constantly do things to help improve my life but I can also have fun with the people I love.

But, on that note, does anyone have advice for me?
