How do I find myself in my relationship?

Before getting married, I always chose myself first. I put my needs and happiness first (without hurting anyone). I focused on myself and prioritized myself. After getting married (9 years married) without realizing it I put him first. He was so use to always being put first, he took me for granted and expected it. I put my happiness to the side for him. I let myself go mentally and emotionally. I sacrificed so much of myself for him. In the end I became miserable and severely depressed. I want to take back the power I gave away. I want to be my old self again or someone better. I used to be so confident and a free spirit. Now I'm insecure and no longer a free spirit.

How do I become like my old self again? How do I create healthy boundaries in my relationship? How do I not be taken for granted? How can I become confident again? How do I gain self respect again? How do I stop chasing him (husband) mentally & emotionally? I miss myself, I want her back. Everytime I look in the mirror I can't recognize the woman looking back at me. All I see is an empty shell.
