How to enjoy life more and how to accept getting older

I’m a 20 year old woman. I have this weird thing that when I do things with people that I love, I get sad sometimes. (I also have this when I’m alone laying in bed but it bothers me the most when I should enjoy things).

I’m super scared of death and when I’m with the people that I love, I think about death. Thoughts like “I Dont want to die” or “I’m So scared that they are going to die”.

Or sometimes its not about death but when I do fun things, I feel So much pressure that I have to enjoy it or feel happy, that I Dont feel happy. And then my mind gives me random sad/scary things to think about.

Am I weird? Is this normal? I’ve always had this but the last year (I think) this feelings and thoughts are more present then ever. I feel like I worry to much about literally everything and that makes me stressed and sad :(

I think it also has to do with that I’m getting older and I Dont want to get old. Time is getting by So fast and that is making me really sad

Sometimes I want to skip activities with friends because I want to be with my parents because I get sad that I’m not with them. A few years ago I didnt worry about this that much

I want to enjoy life a little more without having these thoughts.
