What are you working on to improve yourself?

First of all, I adore this sub. It’s so wholesome to see so many people bonding over their self-love practice and finding ways to strengthen it.

Basically, I want to know what you all are currently working on in terms of self improvement. What are you focused on changing for the better? What habits or routines are you implementing? Why do you think it’ll have a positive impact on your life? What have you recently improved that has significantly influenced your life?

Could be anything from skincare, makeup, exercise, beauty habits, skills, healthcare, etc

Personally, after reading a recent post, I realized that I’d like to work on my voice and projection. I’ve been in therapy for the last year and it’s changed my entire life because it improved my self concept and allowed me the space to learn to love myself. I’ve gotten highlights, learned a haircare routine, improved my skincare, found a natural-ish makeup routine that makes me feel (and look) wonderful, lost 80 pounds, and regained my confidence. I’m a brand new person and I love it.

Now I’d like a lash lift, brow lami, soft abs, neck lipo, a stronger voice, breast redu + lift, lip filler, and some slight dental work to brighten and enhance my smile.

I’m curious as to what everyone else is doing and maybe we can help each other find other goals we hadn’t thought about :)
